For St. Patrick's Day I tried these Mint Oreo Truffles that Bakerella had on her blog (and that is her picture, by the way. I forgot to take any). Man, oh man! If you like mint you really gotta try these. As an added bonus, they're pretty easy to make. I also tried the Nutter Butter version for a potluck I went to and sadly, I have to give those a thumbs down. Stick to the Mint Oreos! They will NOT let you down. Go here to see how to make them.
