Halloween

Ok, I'll admit - I kind of "phoned it in" this year...it's one of the cards I get to play because I'm pregnant. For Porter we re-used Cooper's old Buzz Lightyear costume and Cooper put on his clone trooper costume that I bought him for his birthday last year to play dress up with. But, hey - they were happy, they still look pretty darn cute to me and it did the trick (meaning they still came home with WAAAAY too much candy). Happy Halloween y'all!

Painting Pumpkins

While Grandma and Grandpa Johannesen were visiting we painted pumpkins for Family night.

(I told Porter to put his face by his pumpkin and smile...apparently he thought I meant to smile AT the pumpkin instead of the camera. 3 year olds are so literal sometimes.)

Soccer

It must be fall...or spring...because it's soccer time again!! This is Cooper's 3rd "season" playing. He seems a little less interesed in it each time (although, he sure does love the trophies he gets at the end) so we're going to let him take the spring off and give Porter a chance to show us his stuff. We had to keep him distracted with a soccer ball on the sidelines of every game to keep him from running out on the field and trying to get in on the action.
