As Easy as Pie

 

We've been out to Marble Fall at least 6 or 7 times since we moved to Austin and we had never eaten at the Blue Bonnet Café - famous for it's pies - in all that time.  This trip we decided to right that wrong and boy, was it worth it!!  I'm not a big pie fan, but I will never go through Marble Falls without stopping again...THAT good!

Cooper and Porter both presented me with challenging costume requests this year.  Porter wanted to be Ash Ketchum from the Pokémon Series (Season 14: Black & White...Yes! He was that specific in his request).  And Cooper wanted to be Percy Jackson from the book series of the same name.  It's more effort, for sure to put costumes together yourself, but I have to admit, I kind of like the challenge.
