The Austin Bats
We took Grandma & Grandpa to see the bats this week. It's not the best time of year to see them, but at least they came out this time (we tried to take them last time they were here and the bats decided to stay in for the night).

We went to see them a couple of years back but it's time for a return visit. This time I"ll bring along a noseplug.

It's been awhile since we've been to see the bats...we should go again!

You got some great pictures! We did that---took family down there and never saw them, but we didn't stand on the bridge, we were under it! Looks like fun!
Dang, you're so lucky. When we tried this spring all we got was disappointment! Glad you're parents got to enjoy an Austinite thing!
